:: sausage-eater ::

Salam to all my readers.

Good day people. Ahhhh, I woke up this morning, wondering where the hell I am. I tried to find my 'bantal peluk' but guess what I have found - a face. I looked closely to the face and for a second, I thought it was a ghost. But then I realized that, I wasn't in my comfy bed at home, instead, I am in my house that I rent with fellow friends in Puncak Alam!

Yes, I am now here, getting ready to go back to school and face the challenges awaited for me. There are a couple of reservations made by my friends to go out with me but sadly, I'm not available the first two weeks of January. I'm all busy with MELTECH meeting this Sunday and busy decorating the house so that it'll look like one. There so many things I have to buy like study table, chair, mattress and wardrobe. Oh, not to mention the cooking stuffs. I was quite nervous to think how am I going to live with 7 other people in a same house. 3 of them are used to live with me together but the other 4 that I am nervous about.

Before I moved in, one of my pal told me a funny and stupid story. There were a group students who live together in a same house. One day, they decided to cook sausages for their dinner but the sausage packet had been opened and two sticks of sausages were missing. The person who bought it was mad that someone had been eating his sausage without his awareness. After a series of Q&A with his fellow housemate, finally the sausage-eater were caught and they had a row ever since. Funny eh how two sticks of sausages can cause terrible thing like this. They hadn't endure their quarrel and I don't know what happen after that.

The moral of the story is, people fight over food and it is actually a main factor that can cause people to disintegrate, as well as the hygiene of the house. I hope my housemates won't cause any sort of trouble like that and most importantly me myself. I don't expect everyone to be immaculate but when things that suppose to clean is dirty, well, you know what to do. I think I'm gonna have duty roster hung up at the kitchen wall. Hahaha.

So guys, I'm gonna sign off now. Need to get some sleeps. Pretty tired after cleaning my room last night. Until then, ciao!

:: last night ::

Salam to all my readers.

Tonight is my last night 'airing' from my comfy bed and my home. Hate this feeling. Just finished packing my things to bring together with me. Seriously, I'm a last minute person so it gets a little chaos in here. Dust all over the place. I think I'm gonna sleep on the couch tonight.

So everything is packed up, ready to be put in the car. Haih, I'm gonna miss this moment so bad. Need someone to comfort me, hold me in her arms and whisper to my ears, 'It's okay, everything will be fine'. Huhu.

Perhaps, she can do it, exactly like what she did to the dog.

:: 'thanksgiving' feast ::

Salam to all my readers.

Okay, seriously, I don't have anything in mind right now but somehow I feel like I should write something.

Actually, I just finished helping my mom preparing dishes for tomorrow event. Oh, didn't I tell you about that?? Well, my younger sister had made my parents proud as she passed her PMR with flying colours. She got straight As. So, my mom decided to organize a small party, well, it's not really a party, more like 'kenduri kesyukuran' or 'thanksgiving' feast I suppose but in a small scale. Only families are invited.

My mom has prepared Laksa Penang (the best laksa penang in town coz she's originally from Penang, hehe), Laksa Kelantan, Batik Cake, pudding and another dish that I don't even know what the name is coz it's made in Kelantan. I'm supposedly to go to bed early, got to accompany my mom to 'pasar borong' tomorrow morning. Talk about being 'anak yang soleh'. Hehe. Instead of doing so, here I am, still sitting in front of my laptop trying to finish the entry for you guys to read. See, how appreciate I am towards my rabid readers.

Oh yeah, tomorrow night is gonna be the last night I sleep on my comfy bed coz I'll be hitting the road again and my destiny should be Puncak Alam. Urghh, I'm not ready to face another semester with assignments and stuff. My heart is still attached to holidays. I wish I could freeze time. Yeah, got to do what I got to do. But I can sense happy and nervous somewhere in the not-ready mode. Maybe because I've got lot of responsibilities on my shoulders that I need to carry out sincerely and the biggest highlight will be the annual dinner, which I'm the event director of the event. Scary.

So, I think I'm gonna sign off now. It's getting late. Until then, ciao!

p/s: Writing this entry while listening to Leon Jackson singing 'A Song For You'. Its easy flowing rhythm kinda swing my feeling. Beautiful.

:: Contest Nak Menang Blog Header Makeover ::

Salam to all my readers.

Still in Christmas mode. So, as part of my Christmas celebration (haha), I think this is the right time for me to publish this entry that I've been writing and writing, you know, it's not hard to please Cik Seri and actually win her contest. For more info regarding this, just click here.

I know some of you might already heard about the contest as Cik Seri's Cicak & Lelabah blog is quite famous among Malaysian bloggers. Plus, the prizes are awesome and one couldn't simply walk away from her blog without joining the contest. The prizes are soooo tempting. Hahaha. What, you think I'm making up stories?? Just go and see it yourself. But please, don't enter the contest, or my chance of winning is slim. LOL. Okay, now let me tell ya what make me sooooo eager to join and win the whole thing. Apart from the prizes, which are a total makeover of your blog and mystery prize. Yeah, you heard me right. Total makeover of your blog. Oh, and there's also a special-made header for you to win. Wouldn't that awesome!? I bet they are.

The reasons why I need the makeover are so many to list. I mean I can write 5 or 10 entries just to list down the reasons. But I don't wanna cause Cik Seri a headache so, I'm gonna compress all the reasons and write it all here. Less space required. Hehe. Anyway, I really need the makeover because I've been using the same template and the same header since the day I started blogging, and it was a year and a half months ago. Thanks to my pal who gave me the link to this template coz I wouldn't know what would happen to my blog if I hadn't use this one. Next thing is the header. It looks cool, isn't it? Yeah, to get that, I've to pay RM?? for a header. I've tried to make one myself but I ain't good at using Photoshop or Photoscape. I even tried to use Paint but urghh, it didn't even look like a header. Seriously.

One more thing is how many blog that use English as the medium. Perhaps Cik Seri haven't met on that really really stand out among all the blogs that use Bahasa Melayu as the medium. If there is, I believe it takes more than a good writing skills. I would love to be one of them, and to be that, I really need your wicked makeover and high-creativity header, coz people will be amazed by how cool the header is and will follow my blog at a instant. That would be a dream come true for me to make my blog known by people. And I can use the popularity to spread news about anything good. I love my blog as much as I love my future girlfriend. Yeah, I'm still single and available. I can give you my digit if you want. LOL. Kidding.

So, ermm, to conclude my super-long begging entry, yeah, I would like to call that, coz I'm begging Cik Seri to make me the winner, hehe, I'm gonna tag 2 of my friends, Eipul and Bena coz I thought their blogs may need a makeover too. I'm not saying their blogs are unattractive but I'm sure they're gonna agree with me. Hehe. So to lovely Cik Seri, I wish you all the best in choosing the winner and hopefully I'm one of the shortlisted blogger to receive the super-cool prizes. Ciao!

p/s: these will be waiting for you Cik Seri if you choose me. LOL.

:: Merry Christmas (Part 2) ::

Salam to all my readers.

Firstly I wanna wish Merry Xmas to those who celebrate it. Have a wonderful time with your family and Happy Holidays!

Okay, now we move on to my topic for today, which is the celebration of christmas. Well, last night I managed to watch some christmas shows and one of them is Aubrey Suwito 'Christmas with friends'. It's basically Aubrey and his track of christmas songs, with the melody were all re-arranged by him and the guests were Jaclyn Victor, Juwita Suwito and Russell Curtis. Jaclyn wowed me with her rendition of
'O Holy Night' which to me, super amazing, and I mean her vocal, not the lyric of the song. There's been a comparison between her rendition and Charice's but this is not a competition and every singer has their own unique style so, the comparison shouldn't happen. But hey, Mariah Carey's version is great too.

I'm quite frustrated actually because I can't go out and see the celebration of christmas at the mall, see the big christmas tree and watching people taking pictures here and there with the tree as the background. The last time I've been there with my friends was in 2007 if I'm not mistaken. Quite a long time huh. But why I get too excited?? As if I'm the one who celebrate it. Hahaha. I don't care. As long as I didn't do anything that is illegal and forbidden by the religion. But I did listen to the songs so, hurmmm...

~ wonderful ~

~ look at this! isn't it lovely?? ~

For those who celebrate it, they must had have a wonderful Christmas Eve last night. You know, all family gather, indulge in a feast where you have big roasted turkey complete with the special made gravy, baked potatoes, veggies and breads. Ahh, delicious. Hahaha. I have to admit this, I never eaten a turkey in my entire life so, I'm not quite sure how its taste like. Perhaps just like roasted chicken. I don't know. Haha. I love watching AFC or TLC channel especially on this festive season coz most of the cooking shows are making something delicious for christmas. Well, at least I think it looks delicious.

~ delicious ~

So, yeah, I'm gonna sign off now. Anyway, just stay tune in front of your TV coz there are lot of great programs coming up. Happy Christmas and Happy Holidays guys!

:: Merry Christmas (Part 1) ::

Salam to all my readers.

Well, tomorrow is the day that we've been waiting for. It's Christmas Day! I always love Christmas, even though I'm not gonna celebrate it but I'm happy for those who do. Christmas is such a merry celebration which I always thought will not complete without snow and presents but now I understand and embrace the fact that Malaysia is not a snowy country. Haha.

If I posted a vlog last Christmas, this time around, I will stick to writing coz I feel sitting in front a camera recorder and talking to people I don't know is a bit scary and risky coz people will go like, 'Oh, is this how he sounds like?' and risky because girls might strike my name off their Christmas list after watching my vlog.

Okay, I'm actually a bit out of topic because I'm suppose to talk about Christmas songs. Every festive season got its own songs. Hari Raya does, Chinese New Year does and so does Christmas. I enjoy listening to them as long as the meaning is not towards the religious thing and as long as the word 'Jesus' is not written in it several times, coz that doesn't seem like a good song for us, Muslim people to sing along. The reasons why I love listening to Christmas songs are most probably because the diversity of the music. You can hear the piano sound, the ringing of the bell and also the sound of harp playing beautifully. Most of the Christmas songs contain all these three music instruments as the basic sound. Oh I almost forgot. They must have choir in it. That's what make the song more lively and it feels like everybody around you stand up and sing the song together with you. I love choir very much.

I have so many Christmas songs in my laptop and I listen to them not only during Christmas time but if I feel like listening to it, I'll put it on my playing list and listen to them. It's not wrong. In fact, it gives me boast to do my work and nurtured me about loving somebody and have fun in life. Erkk, I don't thing that last bit is necessary. Hehe. Anyway, my favourite songs are always been 'Silent Night', 'Santa Is Coming To Town' and some other classic Christmas songs that I don't even know the title. Oh, 'Silent Night' does have the 'Jesus' written in it but I'll skip that part if I'm gonna sing it out loud. Hahaha. David Archuleta had sung this song and I love his rendition so, this add another reason to why this song is one of favourite. There are also songs sang by my favourite singer, Celine Dion and Mariah Carey but they are too many to list down here so, you just google it okay.

So, end of Christmas part 1. Stay tuned to part 2. I'm gonna talk about the Christmas celebration itself. Until then, ciao!

P/S : To all my friends who are studying abroad, lucky you can play with snow. Haha. Merry Christmas!

:: Ann's Vogue Italia shoot ::

Salam to all my readers.

Still remember Ann Ward, the winner of America's Next Top Model (ANTM) Cycle 15? If you already forgotten who she is, you might want to read this first.

As part of her prizes for the high fashion cycle, Ann was awarded a Beauty in Vouge cover, along with editorial shoot. In addition, she will be featured in a high editorial layout in Italian Vouge, which can be seen in Vogue Italia website.

I'm no fashion expert nor fashion professional critics but since I'm a big fan of her, I would like to share my thoughts on her photos with you guys. Me loving these photos. Okay, I get it, she does look weird and awkward, BUT in a good way. I have read comments from people who were viewing the photos and there was this girl and she said these photos are the example how Nicole Kidman's and Gollum's love child looks like. What a stupid thing to say. That is so senseless and blunt.

Me loving these photos of Ann, and that is what matters. People say she's not gonna sell anything because she's awkwardly high but I say different. Beauty is subjective. Oh, check out what Tyra has to say regarding Ann being gawky-pretty.

Watching Ann realize that she's uniquely beautiful standing tall at 6'2 is one of the reasons I make it a point to choose contestants that the audience can relate to. Women should understand that there is no such thing as standard beauty. Ann found her beauty in her height and took all the years of bullying she endured and turned that energy into a strong work ethic that led her to be the winner of ANTM.

- Tyra Banks
Well, I think this is enough to say that Ann deserves to be the Top Model and as her fan, my pray is always be with her. Cehh. Hahaha.

:: if i was an actor ::

Salam to all my readers.

I like to dream things up. Sometimes I dream about what it's like getting married to old women who you didn't love at all. Sometimes I dream about what it's like to be a pop star and doing tour across the country, meeting fans and receiving gifts from them, awesome. I love living a life under the spotlight. It always been my dream since I was born. No kidding.

But the most thing that I always dreamed of is how cool it is, if I can be an actor and work in production like Lord of The Ring (LOTR), Harry Potter and Pirates of the Carribean which what people called as epic fantasy movie. I enjoy doing comedy and horror movies but I think epic fantasy movies suit me more. For some reasons, people may dislike it for the fact that you need a lot of costumes, heavy make-up to be applied on and not to mention these process take times.

But to be honest, I love the heavy make-ups. I love the costumes. If you're doing comedy movie, you don't need anything but a script and a heart of humor. With good punchline, it's not hard to make people chuckle and burst into laughter. But with big costumes and accessories and heavy make-ups, you'll find it hard to move your face and your limb. Plus, you need to keep it to your character and imagine stuffs you cannot see.

For example, if I'm playing Human ranger Aragorn in LOTR, you need to put on things like sword, heavy metal clothes probably you'll be wearing metal shield. To play Professor Dumbledore from Harry Potter is easier coz all you need is an ancient robe and super-long beard extension. Oh, I almost forget his funny hat. These are cool, aren't they?

What I'm trying to say is, if I was an actor, this kinda movie please me because it gives me a chance to be a different people and experience all the fun stuffs going on during the process of filming. I really wish this could be true, like I said, it's one of my dreams, even though it sounds utterly impossible to happen. I'm sure you guys also have weird dreams right.

:: this is just the beginning of something great ::

Salam to all my readers.

Well, some of you might already know that I am the treasurer of my students association called MELTECH. For those who didn't know, you might wanna spend a minute reading through this.

Anyway, I've been assigned to organize the annual dinner of MELTECH and to be frank, I was quite nervous and slightly happy with the task I've been given. Firstly, if I should succeed with this project, it could be the highlight of my life here in UiTM. Secondly, I thought this task was quite risky and it's an event where all people are looking up to. It's annual. People must be talking if there is any mishap. But not to worry, with the help of my order, I'm willingly take this responsibility, with my head held high. Hahaha.

Okay, enough the that crap. Me and my friends had been searching for a suitable spot for this dinner and quite a number of hotels had been checked out for the past few weeks. Because I'm not from Shah Alam and the fact that I live in Kelantan really making me so tense and I had to rush this thing out. Finally we managed to locate a spot and after some deliberation with my order, we had decided to call the manager of the hotel and make a deal. I'm not gonna announce the name of the hotel since there's no black and white yet but after everything is settled, I'm gonna tell you guys.

Now I know it's not easy to organize a big event like this even though it's only 2% of the whole process. At this point, all sort of advices regarding this project are really really needed. I'm hoping that everything will turn out as planned and God, please make this work.

So guys, this is just the beginning and you can expect a lot of these in the coming entries. I'm gonna talk about and maybe ask your opinion on the theme coz I really wanna make something big and grand. Hope you guys aren't that busy to drop some comments or suggestion, later on the next entry. Until then, ciao!

:: X-Factor UK winners ::

Salam to all my readers.

I don't feel like updating my blog but it has to be updated somehow. To do so, I need ideas, and ideas are not something you can find at the 24 hour-stores or anywhere near you. It comes when it feels like coming. That's the only issue I have with the thing called 'idea'.

Okay, enough of this crap. I've been watching the The X-Factor UK Final for God knows how many times and because the idea is still nowhere to be found, I think I wanna share with you guys the list of winners of The X-Factor UK from its first season back in 2004 until the latest season. :: X-Factor - And the winner is.. ::

Salam to all my readers.

The X-Factor UK 2010 has drawn on its curtain on Sunday night after crowning its current winner, Matt Cardle, 27 years-old from Colchester, Essex. Cardle performed When We Collide, cover of Many of Horror by Scottish rockers, Biffy Clyro. He was mentored by Dannii Minogue, she was quoted as saying, "He totally deserves it. Rebecca was incredible competition tonight. He didn't really believe he had it."

Accepting her defeated graciously, Rebecca Ferguson, who was mentored by Cheryl Cole said, "I'm so happy, so grateful and Matt's amazing. I'm just so happy to have got this far." This time, Cheryl lost to her rival mentor, Dannii Minogue after successfully winning this competition for the last two years with Alexandra Burke in 2008 and Joe McElderry last year. She was almost in tears and was given a massive boost by her Girl Aloud bandmates.

Third place goes to the only group left in the competition, One Direction, who was mentored by X-Factor supremo, Simon Cowell. The group performed 'Torn' originally by Natalie Imbruglia and was eliminated earlier on result show and Simon was so gutted for them, saying that this is not the end of these boys. I think Simon was not the only one who feel that way, myself included.

To be honest, I would love to see One Direction win because it reminded me of the earlier start of Backstreet Boys and they deliver great performances every single week but a source saying that these boys will be handed a recording deal, maybe from Simon's production company.

:: imagination ::

Salam to all my readers.

I would love to drive at night when the rain is pouring down, with the cool breeze hugging your body and you could feel the coldness creep inside you, while listening to soul R&B kinda music.

There's something with the smell of the rain when it touches the road that stimulate me and please me at the same time. It gets better if you have somebody you love so dearly sitting right next to you, holding your hands, with the music from the radio soars into the night.

I always imagining things, and it comes from memory of mine and for some reasons, rain and wind play a major role in my imagination. I can't help myself but to relish it, as if it really happens. It keeps me calm and reminiscing at the same time. How I wish I could be in this situation whenever problems get hold of myself.

Life of surprises. Either you hate them or love them. *sigh

:: i'm a dead duck ::

Salam to all my readers.

I think for the past 5 years, there is nothing I achieve that can be proud of or at least has people go to me and say 'I'm so proud of you' or 'Great, you did it' or even 'Good job!'. Maybe there is but still, it hasn't reach the level where I suppose to achieve something excellently.

I don't know about others but to me, this is the worst thing ever happened to me, as far as I could remember. I'm nearly got kicked out. Yes, I put all the blame on my shoulder and I think I know why it has happened. It's because I'm a dead duck! To those who have been with me, probably they would say, this is something that people would expect from me, or they are not surprise hearing this.

When you get something that is so low and so not worth your money that you had spent, everything seem to be useless. My feeling now is a mixture of regret and despair and embarrassment and disappointment. Naahh, some said life is too short to regret. This is definitely a repetition of history to me. Only this time it's worst. Too worst to talk about.

God has punished me, and I don't know whether I could survive the days without being followed by disgrace of meeting other people and shameful of what a fool person I am. I'm doomed!

:: a 'bloody' tragedy ::

Salam to all my readers.

Today is the start of a new day in a new year according to Islamic calendar. Whether it's new year or not, my resolution is still the same - want to get good result in whatever I do. Haha. Cliche? Naahh, who cares.

Actually I wanna share with you guys about a tragedy that had happened here in my house. Early in the morning, after eating my breakfast, I sat comfortably on the couch, watching Downsize Me which is aired on TLC Channel. The window that lead straight to my porch and my veranda was widely opened and I easily could see people go in and out of my house.

Suddenly, there was a boy went up to my veranda and sat on the couch there. I didn't realize him at first, until my mom called me and asked me to get rid of the boy coz he seemed clueless and not in his right mind. His shirt was covered with dirt and when I asked him what he was doing here, he simply replied "Ahh, nak tumpang duduk je, takkan tak boleh.". I was like, okay, this is not a public property for you to come in and sit. Then I swished him away, only to realize that he had stolen my mom's money, which was in my mom's purse on the table near the door.

I don't know where he get the gut to sneak into my house and the fact that he stole the money without me and my mom noticing was brilliant. He must be using some kind of magic I think. He was quick indeed. After talking to the neighbours, then only we knew that the boy is actually a girl. She lives not so far from my neighbourhood and always saw by the people wandering around, looking for a house to sneak into perhaps.

It's quite dangerous to think that people is losing their integrity and mind nowadays. The thief is merely a girl, but his action is like a pro. I don't know if there's any case involving the boy, opss, i mean, the girl been reported before but honestly, I swear if I ever found her, I'll cut her hands in pieces, so that she cannot steal anymore. Hahaha. How cruel! So guys, please be careful after this, okay. Until then, ciao!

:: clueless ::

Salam to all my readers

I love December. Why? Hurmm, let me think. Is it because Christmas is in this month? Or because I can't wait to start my semester and celebrate new year? Yeah, that might be the reasons.

So, December has opened its curtain with nothing but ordinary days. Beside the fact that Ann is the America's Next Top Model (again??) nothing really stand out. Right now, I just wait for December 10 to approach because that is the day where all UiTM students are going to be online from dawn to dusk, log in to student portal and fill the cyber world with hope to get good result. Haishh, thinking of the result make me nervous. I don't want to repeat subjects again. Not in degree level. Allah, please, save me from any disgraceful event that may take place. Amin.

Okay, enough of that. Everyday seem pretty gloomy here. It's raining non-stop. There's nothing much I could do so I end up sitting in front of my laptop until my butt numb. Sometime I just don't know what to do, I check up the fridge every 10 minutes, thinking is there anything in the fridge to be finished. Yeah, there is a relation between rainy days and hungry, I've googled it out. LOL. I don't know about others but my desire to eat is getting higher these days.

Actually I don't have solid point to write about. I'm clueless. Let my fingers running through the keyboard. Huhu. I think I'm having the same disease Kerol is having now. Haha. When you don't have idea what to blog, you tend to write crap like this. So, I think I better pen off now. Until then guys. Ciao!

:: America's Next Top Model is... ::

Salam to all my readers.

I know this is kinda late and by now, every fans of America's Next Top Model would have known already who is the winner, thanks to the spoiler by production error on some photographs. But it's okay because my favorite, Ann Ward has emerged as the winner of Cycle 15. I didn't believe it at first, because if you listen to the judges about Ann performance in the final episode and looking at Ann's CoverGirl commercial ad, it seems that Chelsey is way better than her.

To be honest, Ann looks pretty scared and as if her eyes are gonna bug out of her head, but I love her walk. It's not the most amazing or perfect walk but hey, there's no perfect walk and the awkwardness of Ann's walk really pay off this time.

Ann has this personality issue going on the entire cycle and the judges even put her in bottom 2 because of that. Plus she is so shy and very down to earth, although it is good to be down to earth but you need to be proud of yourself sometime. But in the CoverGirl commercial shoot, I was amazed by Ann, I mean she is totally a new person and quoted from Mr. Jay, she even outshines Chelsey (who is known for her high knowledge in fashion and big personality) in some scenes that day.

But whatever the judges said, at the end of the day, they crowned Ann as the winner. I don't know why but I'm happy for Ann. Here are some pictures from the finale. Take a look. :)

:: convo convo convo ::

Salam to all my readers.

Thank God, my mood to blog finally come. I don't know why I've become lazy and I acted as if I don't own a blog. Haha. Yeah, and come to think of it, one of my friend actually asked me yesterday when I'm gonna post about my graduation day, which went smoothly although we fought the rain and storm to take pictures as soon as the ceremony is over.

I was kinda nervous at first. Don't know what to expect to happen. And it was quite a chaos when the emcee announced that all graduands can leave the hall, everybody run to the main entrance. Together with the parents, it was like a stampede. Thank God they open the doors on the side of the hall but still the situation was out of control. Everybody was calling their parents.

The heavy rain and storm that evening make photo shoot seem impossible but I manage to snap some on the way to give back the convocation robe. Thanks to my dad for being the photographer on that day. Literally he had to follow me everywhere I go to snap the moments and he's been helpful too. Thanks dad.

So, check out the pictures. I know I look a little fat at the face so save your critics. Hahaha.
