:: Batting Cages ::

Assalamualaikum to all my readers.

Howdy people! Today marks the first day or second day, I don't know, of Zulkaedah month. Meaning that Syawal has left us devastated. Why devastated? Because there'll be no more open houses, no more free food and most importantly, no more, ermm, free food. =.="

Last weekend, me and my friends got invited by my other friend to her open house, somewhere in Petaling Jaya. I don't really remember what the name of her housing area is but she lives at the apartment area near the, ermm, okay, I forgot again. But, that's not what I want to highlight in this entry. Read on to see what I did right after we left.

We went batting at Batting Cages, One Utama. It's like playing baseball, minus the wide field and there is a machine throwing balls in front of you. We were dilemma at first whether to watch movie or play at the Batting Cages we chose batting due to majority votes. And I have to say, this game really got me 'high'. When I was a kid, I used to play this kind of game with my friends but we were using any big, hard wooden stick as the bat but that was a long time ago so, getting this opportunity to play it again really brought memories. 

My first game was a disaster. I kept mishitting the ball and to make it up for it, I bought another token and played the game for the second time. Still, disaster. But we had fun. Laughing at each other's mishit and cheering for every ball that we managed to hit. It was a lot of fun. You guys who never been to this place before, well I recommend you to come to this place and try it for yourself. This is also a good place to let out your rage as you can hit the ball as hard as you want. Other than that, enjoy these pictures! :)

when i was a kid, i wasn't really an outdoor kid. and the only sports that i played was badminton and football. and you know what, i always thought that men were suppose to play football, coz its a guy thing. but growing up made me realize that football is not my thing.


i used to play the game when i was a kid but the position i always played was the man who stood in front of the goal. not a keeper, i don't remember what people call it. but my friend know that i can't play, so they just put me in the position. less complicated, less action, just wait for the ball to come and then you're on your role.

up until now, i stop playing football. some people may think that i'm weird bcoz they hardly find a guy who rather watch Jamie At Home or Nigella Express then playing and watching football match. now they found one. not to mention the teasing part. i know, some guys may think that. y'know, it's like offering me budu. i don't eat budu although i'm living in Kelantan. i'm more to sambal belacan. not more, but really into sambal belacan.


y'know, sambal belacan, when you open the container and the acid-taste-like smell blended with the strong smell of belacan quickly filled the air, that's the best taste of sambal belacan. if the smell is stronger, so do the taste. and it'll taste even better if you put some lime juice in it, but not too much. ahh, so yummy. haha. erkk, ok, i got too carried away, did i??

lets get back to reality shall we??

ok2, now is World Cup (WC) fever right, so obviously, people, especially guys will be talking about it wherever they are. and believe me, i do feel like i've been left alone. the worst part is when i have to see my dad watching WC matches alone. but sometimes my mom will keep him company. i do wish that we'll be like any other family when it comes to WC, the whole family stay in front of the tv, bring snacks and watch together.

bcoz, i've been busying myself managing my brand new restaurant called 'Judiene's Secret'!

it's not a real restaurant tough, i play the Restaurant City game in facebook
this is one of the reasons why i like facebook now
hahaha
there're so many games to play with

at first, i'm not really into this game as it looks like a kid game
it similar to The Sims
so, i thot it gonna be one stupid boring game
but guess what!
i'm addicted to it now
can't stop thinking how to keep my restaurant popularity
how to find great ingredients
and above of all, how to fight with my friends who already open their restaurants and succeed in their businesses
opss! did i said my friends?? it's actually my seniors!
hahaha!!

the game is fun as u have to manage your own restaurant
u can hire your friend as your cook or your waiter
plus, the game keep testing my creativity on how to satisfy my customers and find the ingredients needed
but watch out guys!
the customers are the key to rise up the popularity of our franchise
so, serve them well!
i dunno when i wanna decorate my restaurant again
don have enough coins laaa..
hahaha..
