:: Somethings aren't meant to be complicated ::

Assalamualaikum to all my readers,

~ So true! ~
It's never been easy to deal with the situation where that person you madly in love with is not loving you back. Somewhat agonizing and painful. It gets worst when that person ignores you for the reason that only God know what it is. You know, it is really hard when you are trying to get to the bottom of the problem and trying to sort it out but the other party don't seem interested to join or even try to show interest in it. Then how do you want to set things straight? Problems will not solve by itself. It needs people to talk about it and  brainstorming on how to resolve it.

Have you guys ever been in this intricate situation before? Please, do share your thoughts.

:: Stabbing my own heart ::

Assalamualaikum to all my readers.

In our life, we can't control who we're going to fall in love with. Maybe we can admire but to love, it's not that easy. It's lucky if the person that we have fallen for is not attach to anyone. The path that you will follow in order to steal that person heart might be clear or free from any problem. But I can't say the same for those who fall for someone that is attached to somebody. It does happen. To me. I am experiencing the bumpy journey of emotion right now.

Being in love with people who is already belong to someone is tough. Of course you can choose not to like her. You can. If only it was that easy. Lying to yourself saying she's not your type or denying the fact that she is the reason you're feeling this love emotion won't help you to make the love fade away. Not for a long term. One must be mentally ready to face the challenges and to fight what I call the love number one enemy, which is jealousy. I must say, I was wrong. I thought I was gonna be fine when I found out that the person that I care and love the most right now was dating someone. Clearly, I am not strong enough.

I don't know what to do. That person knows that I love her but not as a boyfriend. She is younger than me and she sees me as her big brother that she never had. I don't know if I can pretend to be her big brother when all I want her to know is that I want to be her boyfriend. But, I guess people are not gonna give me kudos for trying to break her relationship with her boyfriend, are they?

It hurts me to know the only thing that can make her happy is by talking to her boyfriend. I wish it was me. I couldn't express my feeling as I might lose both her and this brother-sister relationship. I don't know if I'm making the right decision by sticking to my feeling to love her when what I really should do is to find somebody who can love me as much as I love her.

Honestly I don't know...

P/s: To you-know-who-you-are, if you read this, you'll understand that this entry is not what it seems to be.

:: I Will Always Love You Whitney ::

Assalamualaikum to all my readers.

Wow! Look at the date. It's been awhile since I last updated my blog with stuff. I was so not in the mood to blog nowadays but something happened today that makes me, kinda like, okay I have to blog about this. As you guys aware, the world has lost another true legend, inspirational singer, Whitney Houston. She passed away at the age of 48 at her hotel room in Beverly Hills, LA.

Even though my interest into her is not as huge as I have into names like Celine Dion and Mariah Carey but it is no doubt that she is an inspiration to a lot of singers. She was one of the world's best-selling artists, with her powerful, poignant renditions of her greatest hits like, 'Saving All My Love For You', 'I Will Always Love You' and 'I Wanna Dance With Somebody'.

~ R.I.P. Whitney Houston 1963-2012 ~

Details about her death are still being investigated. You guys can click at these links to read more about this sad news.

:: One Direction is going the right direction ::

Salam to all my readers.

The moment that I have been waiting for has finally arrived. The debut album is out! Wait, whose album!? Well, if you're a fan of this blog, which I doubt if there's any, must know the fact that I'm so into this band. They are a made-up group, formed by four judges in a reality singing competition that has completely change each of the members' lives. Their personality and their music has taken the world, and the girls, by storm. Listening to the band's first album reminded me of Westlife and Backstreet Boys during their early times.

The band that I'm talking about here is non other than ONE DIRECTION, consisting of members Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson. The band's first album is entitled Up All Night and  some reviews has been given to the album, all positive, complementing the group's carefree, youthful lyrics and pop sensibility. I am 100% sure that all 1D fans are gonna love it coz I think they have made Simon Cowell proud.

Y'all can check out the track listing for the CD below:

  1. What Makes You Beautiful
  2. Gotta Be You
  3. One Thing
  4. More Than This
  5. Up All Night
  6. I Wish
  7. Tell Me A Lie
  8. Taken
  9. I Want
  10. Everything About You
  11. Same Mistakes
  12. Save You Tonight
  13. Stole My Heart
I have gone through all the songs and I was amazed at how clever they are on choosing the right songs and to make sure that this album doesn't across the youthful boundary. I am really pleased with the song choice and can't really pick a favorite.

To all 1D fans, what are you waiting for? Go grab this album at the music stores near you.

:: Mom's cooking ::

Assalamualaikum to all my readers.

First of all, I wanna wish Happy Aidil Adha to all Muslims and my readers. As you all know, I'm already at peace, typing this entry from the comfort of my bed. The other day's journey was a bit of a challenge for me because I woke up at 6 am and had to stay awake for the rest of the day until I reached home. And I have reached home safely. I had doubted my driving skills but judging from the other day, I think I have improved a lot. Kudos to myself! :)

Well, there is no place like home. Same goes to mom's cooking. Everything that my mom touches turn into something tasty and delicious which the reason why we can't resist whatever she makes. So, the other day when I arrived, she was busy making 6 Caramel Cakes for her loyal customers. Because she knew that I hadn't tasted her new recipe, so she had made one extra cake. I'm not bragging or anything but she didn't get so many orders for nothing. This is what Caramel Cake looks like.

~ Caramel Cake ~

My mom is a type of woman who is not scared to try new recipes online and whenever she got it all wrong, she will try again and again until she satisfies with the result. Usually if people try something new and it doesn't happen to be like what they expected, their enthusiasm will drop and they will stop making what they are making. This doesn't happen to my mom and sometimes, I wonder why I don't inherit this good gene. At least I can use it in my study.

~ I also got to eat this. She bought it during her trip to Cameron Highland last few weeks. ~

~ Dried strawberry ~

I think this is all for now. See you next time with more exciting stories. Ciao!

:: The new Judiene's Soul ::

Assalamualaikum to all my readers.

I've change my header again. This time, I changed my template too. I wish I could make one because it took me a day just to find a suitable and interesting template and I end up with this one. The idea of changing my blog template first came a few weeks ago but then I still couldn't find the right one and today, after clicking from  one link to another, I've found what I would like to think as the one and it just take a few minutes to get it all changed.

~ I adore these cute balls ~

About the header, I opt for a simpler header this time. I don't know, I just like the way it stands up there, alone with no background and only accompanied by three cute little knitted smiley balls. I don't know how long I will be using this header coz I like making header nowadays. All the ideas and the interest, they just come out of nowhere. Whenever I sit in front of my laptop and when I get bored of Facebook, I would click the Photoshop icon and start looking for ideas and thing that can inspire me.

But I'm still new at Photoshop to be honest. There're so many things to be learned. Who knows, I'll doing a contest in the future and the main prize would be a header made by yours truly! Haha. :)

:: The togetherness ::

Assalamualaikum to all my readers.

Happy Sunday guys!

Last night was a hell of a night. That is, my class had an open house and we decided to make a potluck open house. So the event took place at my house and we started setting up the place right after Asar because we need to get the barbecue place ready, so that people can start digging in before midnight.

There was a lot of food prepared by us and we ate like there is no tomorrow. Haha. Honestly, I like doing this kind of stuff, you know, make lots of food and have people come by because it's really lot of fun. Well, to show you how fun we were, these photos will prove it to you guys.

:: The bond ::

Assalamualaikum to all my readers.

Well, it's been a while since I posted my last entry which was, I don't know, a week ago. I purposely abstained myself from updating my blog because I didn't really get inspired to write and I felt that I would produce an entah ape-ape entry if I do so. But now I'm back with my a lot of stuffs that I wanna share with you guys my readers. Oh, speaking of readers, I don't know if my blog is still relevant, that people still want to read what I write. But I choose to write regardless.

I'm sure that most of us are still in the raya mode so it'll be good if I write something that has to do with my raya celebration this year. Like usual, me and my family went back to Penang to celebrate our raya. My mom is from Penang, if any of you wonder. Penang has always been one of the best place to celebrate raya because my granny's house is located right in front of the padi fields which make me adore the view and the second thing is, the food. The food always satisfy my taste buds. Whenever we go back to Penang, I will make my aunty find nasi lemak for breakfast, mee curry, bihun soup, mee kuah and above all, laksa. I'm not going back to Kelantan without eating all these delicious food.

It was time to visit my relatives here in Kelantan so, we went home after spending three exciting days celebrating Eid in Penang. When I was visiting them, I realized that it's hard to maintain a relationship with your cousins, your aunties, uncles and friends who you rarely spend time with. I have to admit one thing here. My grandparents has 13 children and I have quite a number of cousins so supposedly it would make my Eid merrier but it wasn't. I am a shy person so it is hard for me to rekindle a relationship if I don't see this particular people often. I will feel like, other than asking them about their studies, there is nothing else I wanna talk about with them, like, I don't know my cousins anymore. I believe it has something to do with us growing up and becoming more adult so the craziness and the fondness that we used to have are kinda fading away.

Sometimes I say to myself, what do I have to do to gain the chemistry back. We are families and it's not okay to see your own cousins and relatives as strangers. It's sucks. I'm 22 years old and if I can't fix this situation now, imagine what would happen when we all got married. We will live thousand miles away from each other, do our own business and it will affect our relationship. I don't want it to happen and I pray to God that someday, I get back the happiness that I used to feel when I was a little kid.

:: Harry Potter found new love ::

Salam to all my readers.

I don't know whether this is a latest gossip or not but I think it is. Apparently, girls and women around the world would have to stop looking for love potion because Harry Potter star, Daniel Radcliffe was recently spotted strolling down the New York street, hand-in-hand with a mystery girlfriend.

However, the identity of the mystery girlfriend has been unfolded and Daniel is said to have been meeting this girl during filming the last three Harry Potter movies and his upcoming movie, The Woman In Black. According to reports, Daniel and Rossane Coker started dating last year and is rumoured to be living together. These pictures below might rub salt to every girls wound but at least all you girls can do now is praying for his happiness.

:: The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks ::

Assalamualaikum to all my readers.

I like reading novels. It’s more fun when you have sisters and cousin who share the same hobby of yours. We always trade books with each other and most of the time, my cousin is someone I’d normally find to look for something to read since she has a shelve full with different kind of novels. A couple of weeks ago, I went to the Popular Bookstore and the intention was to find a newly published novel. I came across this novel, looking at the title, I didn’t have any clue of who Henrietta Lacks was. After reading the synopsis, I was sure that this is gonna something interesting to read. So, I bought it, happily.

The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks. This is the title of the book that I’m about to share with you guys. I don’t usually read medical-related books but this book is different. It has medical story as well as conflict drama about a person who has done a lot for human being, even after her death. Since it’s impossible for you to read the synopsis, I’m gonna copy it down so that you guys can read it.

“Her name was Henrietta Lacks, but scientists know her as HeLa. Born a poor, black tobacco farmer, her cancer cells – taken without her knowledge – became a multimillion-dollar industry and one of the most important tools in medicine. Yet Henrietta’s family did not learn of her ‘immortality’ until more than twenty years after her death, with devastating consequences... Balancing the beauty and drama of scientific discovery with dark questions about who owns the stuff our bodies are made of, The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks is an extraordinary detective story in search of the soul and story of a real woman, whose cells live on today in all four corners of the world.”
 ~ The book ~

 ~ Henrietta's family photo ~

One of the comment about the book said, "Rebecca Skloot (the author) explores the idealism and faith in science that helped to save thousands of lives but nearly destroyed a family. This is an extraordinary book, haunting and beautifully told." The reasons why I bought this book in the first place are because it has something to do with my studying and it is a true story. The story is set in from 1920s to 2000s and it gives you the picture of how bad the situation during the racism era in United States where black people were seen as the most dangerous, the poorest and notorious people.

I am already halfway through and I enjoy reading it. I'm a slow reader so, it took me 10 days to read half of the book. Will need another 10 or 15 days to finish it up. For those interested of purchasing this book, it doesn't cost much. RM39.90, that's the price you have to pay.

:: Get married first for God sake! ::

Salam to all my readers.

While I was looking at my Facebook last night, a status posted by a friend of mine suddenly appeared on my wall. Take a look at what he had posted.

The message is clear and simple for people to understand. If there is people who still scratch their heads after reading this, you better go live somewhere else, everywhere but earth. I mean, seriously guys, if you are in a relationship with someone, please, in a million years, don't ever treat your partner like this. This is psycho man!

I know if you worry about your partner but honestly, asking this sort of questions is making you less caring boyfriend/girlfriend but more controlling one. I'm sure none of us wanna be label as the latter, don't we? The thing is, it gets really annoying and disturbing to see an unmarried couple acting like they have been married for years, especially when the people that you see is somebody close to you. Like for example, when your female friend wants to go out with you and your other friends, her boyfriend has setup a few rules and the rules are, like, no single guy in the group, make sure she gets back home before midnight and the list goes on.

I can't actually see what's the joy they find in this kind of relationship, I mean, like obviously he is controlling her life before they even get married. Can't imagine what else he will do after they tied the knot. Trust me, you're not gonna lose your partner by not acting this way. Well, not if your partner loves you as much as you do. Have faith in your partner, trust her if she says she is not gonna fall for somebody else. I know it is not easy to gain people trust but it is apart of living a wonderful life with your partner so, you gotta own it. It will come in time.

:: David Archuleta and fans ::

Salam to all my readers.

As I mentioned on my previous entry, I'm gonna be talking about David Archuleta and it's not about his cuteness that will be my subject here. Instead, I wanna highlight his concert which was held on July 27, at Stadium Negara.

If you're expecting me to upload some photos taken during the concert, no, I will not be doing that. That is because, I wasn't there. Meaning, I missed his concert. It's kinda frustrating when you really wish that you can achieve something, but then it turns out not. I know I couldn't afford the ticket price because it was too expensive, so I tried another alternative. I literally had joined almost every contest that I know, that has his concert ticket as the prize but I guess I'm not lucky enough to be picked as the winner.

The organizer also had given out Meet & Greet passes for lucky fans during the ticket pre-sale ceremony at Berjaya Times Square which was really awesome for those who got the passes. It's the key to meet David up close and personal. You can see him, face to face, have a photo taken with him, OMG, that's awesome. I can only imagine how nervous they were before meeting him. If I were there, I would be like, wrote down of what I'm gonna say to him, you know, in case you got stumble on your words.

~ See their happy faces! Arghh! ~

~ David performing ~
~ David sings his heart out much to the fans' delighted ~

Anyway, I have this one video of David singing Heaven, originally by Bryan Adams. To me, his singing was so intense, full with emotions and he sounded beautifully. I fall in love, not with him, but this video. Damn, he is so good.

:: Meeting Justin Bieber ::

Salam to all my readers.

Do you what it feels like to be able to meet your favourite singer and to actually organize a concert for him/her? Well, I have the perfect answer for this question - awesome!

I got a chance to be up close and personal with one of my favourite singer, the teen idol and pop sensation, Justin Bieber. Yes, you read it right. It's Justin Bieber. Okay, before you got the wrong idea, it was actually my dream and for some reasons, the dream felt so vivid and real. I don't have any idea how he could emerge in my dream, maybe because I had listened to his songs and before I went to bed last night. Not only was I met him, I was directing his charity concert too. LOL.

~ Justin Bieber ~

We were discussing on which songs was suitable to be performed on stage and a minute later, the scene changed. Me and Justin, singing the 'Never Say Never' song together, in a recording room. I know it sounds crazy and should I say ermm, nahh forget it, but it's dream, everything can happen in a dream. I enjoyed every second being with him and organizing the concert that when woke up, I was like, wishing so that the dream will continue as soon as I get back to sleep. It's crazy, I know. The charity concert went well I guess coz apparently I was awaken by 'Girlfriend' song, right before the concert had ended. Hopefully we manage to collect a big sum of money. LOL!

It was a fun dream and the next person hopefully I can meet is whether David Archuleta, Celine Dion or Emma Watson. Or all of them together. Haha.

p/s: I'm a fan of Justin Bieber. So what!? Got problem with that?

:: Please be grateful people! ::

Salam to all my readers.

Today is the first day that Malaysians will be able to watch the final installment of Harry Potter and I am sure that all die-hard fans of this movie are dying to get on the seat inside of the cinema, waiting for the movie to be showed. Some of them might walk out of the screening room feeling sad because this is the final Harry Potter movies, while some of them might be feeling satisfied because the movie is packed with actions that we all wanted to see when we watched Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows Part 1. I guess all of this will not be happening to me.

Me and my buddies have planned to watch the part 2 together, since we left cinema after watching the part 1 and we all can't wait to see it, especially me. I am one of the die-hard Harry Potter fans and I knew this movie is gonna be big the moment I saw Harry Potter and Philosopher's Stone back in 2002 and after I found out that there were six other books of Harry Potter franchise. I have read all the books and watched the series a couple of times and I'm not gonna lie, I think J.K Rowling have this magical fingers that makes her writings not boring, even we read them more than once.

Sadly, I am not gonna be able to watch this final movie in cinema because apparently my dad doesn't understand his son and won't let him go to KL to catch this movie. To be honest, he really blows my top. This is the final one and I can't believe he said NO when I asked his permission. I thought he knew how crazy I am over this thing. It's a big deal for me to see it and he just blew the chance. I didn't show all this unsatisfactory to my face because I don't think he's gonna change his mind if I did. This is so hard for me to accept and I have tried to see what is the rationale behind his decision and I only can come out with this reason - He can have his money spared and not to be wasted on my desire.

So, for those who've got the chance to see it on cinema, be grateful. That's all I have to say. Ciao!

:: #3 Wordless Wednesday ::

Salam to all my readers.

I have chosen this photo for my 3rd WW because this singer is one of my biggest idol in this world. I started listening to her songs when I was 7 if I'm not mistaken and since then, her songs has been inspired me in so many ways. Definitely someone I really wish I could meet one day. This is the greatest and the talented, Celine Dion.

:: Craving for it ::

Salam to all my readers.

I have received a lot of guessing from my readers regarding the second Wordless Wednesday picture, on my previous entry. Hereby, I want to announce that, none of the guessing is right. The picture was actually taken a year ago and there was no GCB inside of the package but a fries and a Double Cheese Burger instead.

The picture reflects my inner voice that is craving for McDonald (McD) burger and its food. It is sad to admit that there is no McD franchise here in Tanah Merah. In fact, I have to travel more than 50 km just to get a taste of McD. It's been nearly two months since the last time I ate the burger. I'm not bragging or anything but during my days at Puncak Alam, we used to eat McD like, at least once in two weeks, or maybe once a week. It's not that we're so rich and high standard that we refuse to eat anything beside McD but the McD restaurant is situated only a stone's throw away from UiTM Puncak Alam. This is the main factor why we prone to say Yes whenever one of us say "Hey, makan McD jom!"

You can also say that I put the blame on McD for making me chubby and stout like this. I tried avoiding McD but the force was too powerful that we couldn't resists the temptation. I guess none of us couldn't stand not stopping by when you drive pass the building everyday. It's like there's a black hole in there. Haha. So guys, now you know why I said the picture means a lot to me. :)

:: Sazzy Falak is back ::

Salam to all my readers.

I am a big fan of Sazzy Falak. I think she is what modern women are suppose to be like today. She's smart, she's energetic, she's fashionable and she has a great career as a model, a spokesperson, an actress, a host and she recently landed another big role ever in her life, a mom. Yes. She is a mom of a twins, named Iman Lilly and Tiara Rose.

She had slowed down her pace in the industry and chose to channel her attention to her husband and her pregnancy. Today, on ntv7 Breakfast Show, she made her first appearance I think after giving birth to the twins. She looks breathtaking. Even Nazz joked around with her, stressing on the fact that Sazzy is 30 years old but she doesn't look like one. I agree with him. She looks ageless. Anyway, she has a new movie coming out next month called 'Tolong! Awek Aku Pontianak' alongside Shaheizy Sam if I'm not mistaken.

Wish her good luck and all the best in her career.

:: Do share ::

Salam to all my readers.

We as human are never gonna get away from problems. No matter where you hide, no matter where you go, ones life is not complete without problems. We can't say we are doomed whenever problems fall on us. Sometime, problems are the reason we have a life we're living now. It needs to be solved, it requires solution, in order for us to see what is the underlying meaning.

Every person has their own way to reduce the burden they carried. Some like to write it down in a diary, some like to sit and have a nice talk. The methodology is different, but the meaning behind it is the same. Problems are meant to be shared. If you're a person who likes to write, then the diary or any kind of writing material is your partner. Even though it's not a living thing, it will sort of lighten whatever the burden that you're carrying. Same goes to the person who likes to have a conversation with other people.

~ Sharing is not contagious ~

If you ask me which way I prefer, I would say, both. I used to have a diary back when I was in high school. I still remember, my friends always trying to steal my diary, coz they wanna see what is exactly that I write. They would try to peek whenever I want to pour my thoughts and memories into the diary. However, the impact I get is maximum with face to face conversation. Obviously it's the best method to reduce your stress from the problem you're having. People can give their opinion or thoughts straight away and its really help me to know whether the people that I'm sharing problems with is listening or not. Honestly, I wouldn't bother to be a place for my friends to share their problems because its sort of tighten our bonding.

So guys, whenever you're dealing with problems that you can't find the solution alone, do share. Sharing doesn't hurt you. You will get hurt if you opt to keep it within yourself. After all, sharing is caring right? Hehe. Until next time, ciao!
