:: murdered and burnt ::

Salam to all my readers

I suppose to update about my primary school reunion but as i flipped through Harian Metro (HM) this morning, i was shocked at how cruel people can be. they even do things that we can't imagine one would do to human being. they are not just murdered and burnt, plus the ashes of their remains were dumped into the river.

This murder case of Datuk Sosilawati and 3 other persons, to me, is a heart-breaker. imagine how their family condition right now, celebrating Hari Raya without their loved ones and now they are all dead! although we still don't know what's their motive of committing such a cruel and inhumane act but it is clearly not acceptable. people now are getting meaner and meaner!

I read in HM that her loyal driver was once told her mom back when he was having a vacation at his home, saying that he wanted to resign after 4 years of working with Datuk Sosilawati but since he knew that people around his boss were trying to manipulate her, he hold back his intention to resign and now, he is dead together with her boss. how ironic is that.

Whatever it is, credit has to be given to Polis DiRaja Malaysia (PDRM) for their quickness of solving as what we were first be told, the mystery of Datuk Sosilawati's missing and capturing the persons who are responsible for making their family's raya gloomy, just in a few weeks. it is still not confirm yet whether the ashes and the bones found are the victims' but the possibility is high. if Datuk Sosilawati and 3 other persons are still alive, i'm sure they all already been found.

Right now, we can all pray that it will be a happy ending for this mystery and whoever found guilty should be sentenced to death! to their family, be patient. may Allah bless all of you.

:: Eid Mubarak! ::

Salam to all my readers

Even though it's already the 3rd of Syawal, which means the 3rd day we as Muslims celebrate Hari Raya, i think it's still not to late to wish you all Selamat Hari Raya, Maaf Zahir & Batin. enjoy the remaining of your holidays with your family and attending open houses.

how was your raya? mine was great and wonderful. we celebrate raya in Penang this year, and maybe this is our last raya in Penang. i hope it's not since the atmosphere at my kampung here in Penang is sooooo different than my kampung in Kelantan, which actually situated about 500m from my house. plus the food! OMG! i love the food here. you can't get laksa penang, mee kuah, mee soto and curry mee in Kelantan. not originally made at least. that is one of my top three reasons why i like celebrating raya in Penang.

my mom always said that my future wife must come from Penang, coz i'm so favourite food are mostly Penang mali. haha. that is my mom's idea. as for me, no limitation. anyone can be my wife. just she needs to be..urm..never mind! :P

my hari raya went with all the usual activity - visiting grandma's and grandpa's grave, visiting relatives and indulging in food! we just spend 2 days and 2 nights in Penang, and on the 2nd day of raya we went back home, finishing the rest days in Kelantan and visiting relatives and friends here. owh, talking about friends, i just went to reunion of my primary school, batch 2001. will talk about that later. until then, Selamat Hari Raya!

:: more cookies coming up ::

Salam to all my readers

i thought i can spend my days at home without doing nothing. instead, my mom made me work during the day. but i'm not complaining. in fact i love the job. making kuih raya is one of the must have activity during Ramadhan. my raya will be meaningless without home-made kuih raya.take a look at the pics below.

~ me working out the dough ;P ~

i'm proudly can say that the cookies are tasty and it fits our expectations. 4 stars. haha. usually my mom's friends (read: people all around Tanah Merah ;P) will order a few type of cookies like almond london, chocolate moist cake and tart nenas but my mom take a different way of getting extra money this year - sewing curtains! according to her, sewing is more profitable than making cookies but as profitable as it seems, sewing is more energy demanding.

so guys, hope you enjoy making cookies at your home and appreciate this time as we seldom got a chance to sit and do activity together with our siblings.

:: i'm home! ::

Salam to all my readers

alhamdulillah, after experiencing some difficulties regarding ticket and buses, i'm finally home! can't really describe the feeling. my bus were late so i ended up arrived at Tanah Merah around 8.30 instead 0f 5.30 or 6 am. from the differences you can imagine how slow our bus is.

i just arrived less than 5 minutes when my mom suddenly asked me and my sister if we want to go shopping today. i was like, hellooo, we're your children so anything got to do with shopping you just count us in! haha. so we went home, got freshen up then headed to Kota Bharu.

although it is a week before Hari Raya, Kelantan is already packed with vehicles. buses and cars are everywhere. and imagine how crowded the car park is when we reached at KB Mall. after spending nearly 5 hours there (i forgot that i was fasting today coz i feel so energetic ;P), i ended up buying 4 stuffs. and the coolest out of four is a sling bag. i really like this bag that i forgot i should buy a pair of snicker first, coz the old one is already torn apart.

right now, i'm typing this entry while sniffing the smell of cempedak goreng my mom is making specially for me and my sister. until then..

:: tonight is the moment ::

Salam to all my readers

waaaaaaaa!!! i'm all alone! all of my friends are already smelled the fresh air of their hometown. they shouldn't left me alone like this!! waaaaaaa!

but it's ok, as i'm gonna be home soon. tonight is the moment. owh, only Allah knows how i can't wait to get my ass on the bus. it is a free-sitting bus so, there gonna be a war. haha. i think i'm gonna be breaking my fast at the padang kawad, where the buses are gonna stop, so that i can be in the front line. hahaha.

hopefully, my journey will get the blessing from Allah. i wanna be home safe and happy. it will be twice the fun since my sister is coming home tonight too. please make time fly faster! to those who are driving, drive safely okay. we don't want this raya to be the last raya. think of people you loved. and while you driving, don't forget to listen to lagu raya. ehehehe.
