:: The rising stars ::

Assalamualaikum to all my readers.

Sorry guys. Busy schedule is hitting me again. One month left before final exam come. At this point, what is suppose to have in every students mind is all the notes from all the subjects that I have learned in this semester. Unfortunately, that's not happening to me. I'm still floating somewhere in the sky, unaware that the final exam is just around the corner.

It's been a long time since I feel this busy and pack with so many things to do, that I want my weekend to come faster. A couple of weeks ago I went to Malacca for a program organised by UiTM together with Yayasan Bank Rakyat. Will talk about that later because I don't have much time to spend here. As for your ear candy, I leave y'all with a bunch of current songs covered by YouTube stars. Y'all can go and check their YouTube channels by clicking at their names below the video. Enjoy! :)

Sam Tsui - The One That Got Away (Katy Perry)

Tanner Patrick - Stereo Heart (Gym Class Heroes feat. Adam Levine)

Jake Coco and Caitlin Hart - Born This Way (Lady Gaga)

Tanner Patrick - Pumped Up Kicks (Foster The People)

Sam Tsui - Moves Like Jagger (Maroon 5)

:: One Direction is going the right direction ::

Salam to all my readers.

The moment that I have been waiting for has finally arrived. The debut album is out! Wait, whose album!? Well, if you're a fan of this blog, which I doubt if there's any, must know the fact that I'm so into this band. They are a made-up group, formed by four judges in a reality singing competition that has completely change each of the members' lives. Their personality and their music has taken the world, and the girls, by storm. Listening to the band's first album reminded me of Westlife and Backstreet Boys during their early times.

The band that I'm talking about here is non other than ONE DIRECTION, consisting of members Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson. The band's first album is entitled Up All Night and  some reviews has been given to the album, all positive, complementing the group's carefree, youthful lyrics and pop sensibility. I am 100% sure that all 1D fans are gonna love it coz I think they have made Simon Cowell proud.

Y'all can check out the track listing for the CD below:

  1. What Makes You Beautiful
  2. Gotta Be You
  3. One Thing
  4. More Than This
  5. Up All Night
  6. I Wish
  7. Tell Me A Lie
  8. Taken
  9. I Want
  10. Everything About You
  11. Same Mistakes
  12. Save You Tonight
  13. Stole My Heart
I have gone through all the songs and I was amazed at how clever they are on choosing the right songs and to make sure that this album doesn't across the youthful boundary. I am really pleased with the song choice and can't really pick a favorite.

To all 1D fans, what are you waiting for? Go grab this album at the music stores near you.

:: Back from hiatus ::

Assalamualaikum to all my readers.

It's been a while since I posted my last entry. Well, I don't expect people to ask, 'Hey, where have you been?' or 'Oitt, lama tak update blog,' because I know my level of popularity. LOL. The solid reason that I can give y'all is because I was so busy with my persatuan thingy and also a lot of assignments to be done. Seriously guys, I have so many stories to share here but didn't have time to think of the sentences.

So, now that I'm back, I wanna give y'all a teaser to where I have been last week and what the hell that I'm doing there is all gonna be revealed on my next entry. I can't promise y'all that the next entry will be coming tomorrow but all I can say, I'm pretty excited to update about this and hopefully it can be done as soon as possible. Akhir kata, enjoy the teaser. Salam Maal Hijrah to all Muslims in the world.

:: X Factor UK Live Show 5 - The Result ::

Assalamualaikum to all my readers.

I'm back with the X-Factor updates again. This time I won't be talking about the Live Show but I wanna highlight the Result Show which I was so shocked to see The Risk went home. Yes guys, it was The Risk who had gone home. For those who have been a fan of this show, sure you all know how talented and how brilliant The Risk were in giving an entertaining and great performance.

Frankly speaking, I think The Risk and their partner in The Groups category, Little Mix (previously known as Rhythmix) have big chance to make it to the finale because both groups especially Little Mix are something that we haven't seen in The X-Factor yet. They are different, more talented than any other girlbands or boybands that had been in The X-Factor before. Because of that reasons, I strongly believe that both can go far in this competition but seeing that The Risk has gone, my hope now is in Little Mix.

~ T- Before the annoucement, B- After the announcement. Look at Tulisa's face! ~

The Result Show this week is a lil bit different because it's double elimination which means, two acts will be heading home. The acts that are in the bottom 3 this week are The Risk, Johnny Robinson and Kitty Brucknell. On the first half of the elimination, we see The Risk left the competition and it's now between Johnny and Kitty. Both are in The Overs category, mentored by Louis Walsh. The judges have voted and the act that is going to follow in The Risk footsteps is Johnny Robinson.

~ Kitty Brucknell and Johnny Robinson during the second half of the elimination. ~

He didn't do anything bad during his stay in the competition and I never liked him. I know that the public love him, the judges love him but come on, he is too old to be starting a career in this business. I think the only reason people love him is because of his bubbly personality. I don't think his vocal is amazing. So, I quite glad that he's gone. But the only act that I wish have gone early is Frankie Cocozza. His vocal range is so limited and with his wild attitude, I don't think he can stand strong when he is out of The X-Factor. Hope he will be eliminated next week.

:: Mom's cooking ::

Assalamualaikum to all my readers.

First of all, I wanna wish Happy Aidil Adha to all Muslims and my readers. As you all know, I'm already at peace, typing this entry from the comfort of my bed. The other day's journey was a bit of a challenge for me because I woke up at 6 am and had to stay awake for the rest of the day until I reached home. And I have reached home safely. I had doubted my driving skills but judging from the other day, I think I have improved a lot. Kudos to myself! :)

Well, there is no place like home. Same goes to mom's cooking. Everything that my mom touches turn into something tasty and delicious which the reason why we can't resist whatever she makes. So, the other day when I arrived, she was busy making 6 Caramel Cakes for her loyal customers. Because she knew that I hadn't tasted her new recipe, so she had made one extra cake. I'm not bragging or anything but she didn't get so many orders for nothing. This is what Caramel Cake looks like.

~ Caramel Cake ~

My mom is a type of woman who is not scared to try new recipes online and whenever she got it all wrong, she will try again and again until she satisfies with the result. Usually if people try something new and it doesn't happen to be like what they expected, their enthusiasm will drop and they will stop making what they are making. This doesn't happen to my mom and sometimes, I wonder why I don't inherit this good gene. At least I can use it in my study.

~ I also got to eat this. She bought it during her trip to Cameron Highland last few weeks. ~

~ Dried strawberry ~

I think this is all for now. See you next time with more exciting stories. Ciao!

:: See you next week! ::

Assalamualaikum to all my readers.

Finally, the time I have been waiting for has arrived. Today (November 4, 2011) is the day where I will be packing and getting ready to go home. For people who study far from their hometown, this moment is a moment they have been waiting patiently since last week.

Despite feeling all excited, I also feel nervous because I'm gonna be driving tomorrow. Like I said in one of my previous entry, this is my first time driving home and surely I feel the nervousness because, well, we are just a group of friends who don't know a lot about cars and the fact that I'm the only guy in the group might add a little pressure on my shoulder. Okay, I know I'm exaggerating facts but you never know what will happen.

Will be spending a week at my hometown and even though I have been provided a lot of assignments by my lecturers, they are not gonna stop me from having a great and relax time at home. When I say relax, I really mean relax. Haha. Bubbye books, bubbye lecture notes. See you next week!

:: Mak Aih! Contest Blog Eazy Izzuddin?! ::

Assalamualaikum to all my readers.

First and foremost, I want to apologize to Mr. Eazy Izzuddin because I has promised him to participate in his blog contest which I think a contest that give out the most expensive prize so far. Never heard of any contest that has Ipod Shuffle as the main prize so, I was very excited when I read about it but I was kinda busy thus couldn't participate.

Well, where to begin. Honestly, we never hung out together. Never. But thanks to blog and Facebook that has connected us until now. I just met him, once, but I don't know if that count as a meeting because at that time, I was just finished eating dinner at a restaurant and he happened to be there with his friend. So, before I left the place, he called me just to confirm that he wasn't wrong, that the person he saw in the restaurant was me. We met, finally, and spent about, urmm, 5 minutes talking before my friend came and picked me up. The only thing I regret was he asked to take a picture together but since my friend had arrived, I declined and after a moment, I thought that I should have accepted his invitation to take picture together.

As I stated above that we never met, so I don't really have a lot to say about him. But as far as I know, he is a nice guy. He owns a yellow Suzuki Swift, which he really proud of having one, and I think it's cool because he has already own something at his age. Not to mention his DSLR. He likes to take pictures of people he met, maybe as an evidence to say that he has met this person and this person. Haha. I always pick on him, saying that he is a retisss because he loves to spend time with other retisss bloggers like Cik Epal, Nisa Kay and some other famous bloggers which I have forgotten their names. Hee.

He had studied at Unisel. His convocation was last few weeks I suppose and he is now done with school. I guess he will probably going to be a freelance photographer before he start working a real job.

If there is still blogger who doesn't know him, which I doubt that, this is him with his best friend.

~ Taken from his Facebook page ~

I know that the contest has closed and but in keeping with my promise, I make this entry. If he is kind enough, he will consider to put my name in the participant's list. Haha. Okay, I'm just kidding. So, that is it. To Mr. Eazy, am I still qualify to join? :P

:: The new Judiene's Soul ::

Assalamualaikum to all my readers.

I've change my header again. This time, I changed my template too. I wish I could make one because it took me a day just to find a suitable and interesting template and I end up with this one. The idea of changing my blog template first came a few weeks ago but then I still couldn't find the right one and today, after clicking from  one link to another, I've found what I would like to think as the one and it just take a few minutes to get it all changed.

~ I adore these cute balls ~

About the header, I opt for a simpler header this time. I don't know, I just like the way it stands up there, alone with no background and only accompanied by three cute little knitted smiley balls. I don't know how long I will be using this header coz I like making header nowadays. All the ideas and the interest, they just come out of nowhere. Whenever I sit in front of my laptop and when I get bored of Facebook, I would click the Photoshop icon and start looking for ideas and thing that can inspire me.

But I'm still new at Photoshop to be honest. There're so many things to be learned. Who knows, I'll doing a contest in the future and the main prize would be a header made by yours truly! Haha. :)

:: Driving me home ::

Assalamualaikum to all my readers.

Yay! Last weekend I managed to squeeze through my busy schedule and went to Sunway Piramid with my besties to catch the latest installment of Paranormal Activity, entitled Paranormal Activity 3 (PA3).

For those who favour this Paranormal Activity series, you guys must have known how the story evolved, starting from Paranormal Activity 1. This time around, the story is all about how the haunting begins in the family and who responsible to cause all the disturbance. If you think that PA2 is the scariest, well, think again. PA3 is totally gonna scare the hell out of you. I don't wanna to overwrite here coz I don't want to give out any spoilers so, to feel the creepiness that I'm talking about, go to the nearest cinema and watch it yourself.

Okay, moving on to something more important. Next week is Hari Raya Haji, which means that Pudu Raya and Stesen Putra should be packed with people. Fortunately for me, I don't have to go that far to look for the ticket. In fact, I don't need the ticket. This is because, I'll be driving back home. But I'm not alone guys, there will be two other girls accompanying me. You're now assuming that I own a car, aren't you? Well, to answer that question, that's not my car that I'll be driving in, but it's one of the girls' car. I'm just the co-pilot.

~ Thanks Mr. Google ~

Why I'm bringing this up as if it's never been done by human before? It's not like driving back home is something that you can be proud of and make you famous. Well, there's a reason behind it. I never drove outside of Kelantan, which means I never drove from one state to another. So, this is something big for me as it marks the first time I'm driving so far, from Puncak Alam to Kelantan. I remember the moment I told my dad about this and he was kinda disbelieve at first of what he heard but then I promised him to drive slowly and cautiously so that he can stop worrying about the fact that I'm gonna be driving.

So far, I feel confident to drive. I'm gonna get a good sleep the night before and gotta read something about changing flat tire and stuffs. You know, just in case. ;P

:: Contest DANIEL ADIE: SISPA ::

Assalamualaikum to all my readers.

~ The contest banner ~

This is a last minute participation for Daniel Adie's SISPA Contest and honestly I didn't even feel like participating at first but then I'm stuck with no entries so I've decided to try my luck. Don't get me wrong guys, the reason why I don't wanna join at first is because I don't like to complete a slogan coz I know I'm suck at doing so but this time around, I'm just gonna try. I'm not gonna die if I try right?

The pictures that I'm gonna use for this contest is what you're gonna see below. I had to dig out tons of files just to find the right pictures and I genuinely think that Adie should take my hard work into account. Haha. Just kidding. But it's gonna be nice if he really does that. LOL.

~ Hehe ~

So what's your opinion seeing my SISPA pictures? I'm gonna leave the decision making to Adie and hopefully he's gonna choose the right picture as the winner of the contest. Oh, before I forgot, this is my slogan.

"Terkadang, senyuman palsu terukir apabila mak ayah suruh buat keje lain masa kita tengah syok layan movie dalam laptop so, terpaksa la senyum tak nak kasi diorang kecik hati."

:)

There's only three days left before the closing and I don't know if the person that I tag is still be able to join. Since tagging at least two bloggers is the rule to complete my participation, so, I'm just gonna tag them. The bloggers that I think will join this are Ame and Kamaryeah.

As you can see above, I have changed my header to the one that I have designed and created. Noted that this is my first time creating header using Photoshop and I never done anything using Photoshop. I'm a noob in this business. Haha.

I just want to share this. Nothing significant. Any comment is appreciated. :)

:: X-Factor UK Live Show 3 ::

Assalamualaikum to all my readers.

This is gonna a quick review of last week Live Show 2 of The X-Factor UK. Again, I'm not professional in this business so if any of you professionals out there think that what I'm saying here is all wrong and absurd, I'm so sorry and you can click the Cancel button right on the right hand-side. Thank you. :-)

Okay, lets start reviewing shall we?

The Boys
Marcus Collins
He's been amazing this week. Love his voice.

Craig Bolton
I love him the first time I saw him in audition, I love his first two shows and I definitely love this week show.

Frankie Cocozza
Hmm. I don't really like his voice and his performances so far but there's something about him this week that makes me feel like he's back and to make people who doesn't like him change their minds.

The Girls
Janet Devlin
She has a great voice but like Louis, I think she's getting boring. She's been changing all songs into a slowmo ballad song and I think she really need to show her versatility.

Sophie Habibis
She's very forgettable. Should be on the bottom 2 this week.

Misha B
She's a soul diva. Even though she's singing a rock song this week, she's in her own class. Superb!

The Over 30s.
Kitty Brucknell
She rocks this week. Really love her performance and most importantly her loud voice. Nice!

Sami Brookes
I genuinely feel that Gary has some issues within himself coz by saying to someone like Sami boring is definitely the last thing that a person would call her. Hope people are gonna vote for her.

Johnny Robinson
I didn't watch his performance coz from the start I don't think he deserves to be in the competition. I hate how he sound and I hate the fact that he's still here.

The Groups
 The Risk
Just one word. FABULOUS!

Rhythmix
I like this girlband and I hope people are gonna vote for them. Their performance this week is just okay. They need to tighten up their chemistry and enhance their vocals performance.

:: House robbery ::

Assalamualaikum to all my readers.

One thing that people need to get used to if they are residing in Puncak Alam is hearing a lot of burglary cases. There has been so many cases reported for the last 2 months and since the housings here are located at the remote area, the burglars seem to see this as an golden opportunity that shouldn't be missed.

Me and my friends, we rent a house at Perumahan Alam Suria and our house happen to be at the last row of the housing area, which famously known for having many robbery cases. The recent case was reported, a couple of weeks ago, if I'm not mistaken. As I'm typing this entry (at 12.15 am, Friday), my housemates, together with the Rukun Tetangga here are searching for the burglars, that has been seen by the watchmen running from somewhere.

One of my neighbors said that they had tried to go after the robbers but the drizzling rain and the dark of the night made it hard to see. I am not sure how the robbers look like but it is said that they were teenagers, maybe Indonesian teenagers I don't know, and that they had tried to break in to one of the houses here, twice but failed. It's 12.55 am right now and they are still searching for the culprits.

I got a news from my friends, saying that my neighbor's son had been beaten up by the robbers last night. More updates coming up.

:: X-Factor USA Top 17 ::

Assalamualaikum to all my readers.

The result is finally in. The judges has decided on who's going to the Live Show and the some of them are deserved to picked and even though I agree with most of the judges' pick, I was kinda surprised for The Girls category. I'm not saying that I'm better than Simon Cowell coz I will be a freakin' ass hole if I say that but I don't know. I just feel like there's someone else (read: Jazzlyn Little) who deserve the final spot.

Oh, speaking about surprised, I don't know what Nicole thinks when she say no to Elaine Gibbs and choose Dexter Haygood instead. I mean, for real, this guy!? He'll make a good entertainment value but to be a serious singer and make it in the business, I think Elaine Gibbs has more chance to do that. She might look boring to some people but when it comes to the best voice, I think Dexter is no match to Elaine. To me, she's a soul diva on the show. Tsk. I feel bad for her. Hope someone sees her talent and sign her up for a record deal.

~ Elaine Gibbs ~

Thank God Simon brought back Melanie Amoro into the competition. To be honest, I don't think Simone Battle deserves the spot at the Live Show. Malanie is wayyyyyyyy better and I wouldn't bother to watch this season if Melanie is not competing. For your information peeps, the judges are gonna eliminate one contestant from each of the category (for The Girls, it will be two contestants) at the Live Show 1 and I hope Simone and Tiah Tolliver are the one to go home.

Okay, enough of whining. Now lets see who the judges have picked as their acts.

 The Girls: Simon Cowell
- Melanie Amaro
- Drew Ryniewicz
- Tiah Tolliver
- Simone Battle
- Rachel Crow

The Boys: L.A. Reid
- Brian Bradley
- Chris Rene
- Marcus Canty
- Philip Lomax

The Over 30s: Nicole Scherzinger
- Dexter Haygood
- Stacy Francis
- Josh Krajcik
- LeRoy Bell

The Groups: Paula Abdul
- The Brewer Boys
- InTENsity
- Lakoda Rayne
- The Stereo Hogzz

:: X-Factor updates: Live Show 2 and The Judges' House ::

Assalamualaikum to all my readers.

It's a bit late but I don't promise you guys to give the commentary on time right? I am nothing compare to people who study music or those who has knowledge regarding this thing but this comment or opinion is from someone who has no talent in music but love watching singing reality TV shows.

X-Factor UK

I was expecting something big from my favorite acts and I wasn't impress with Craig's performance. He has a massive voice but the song he chose to sing didn't really expose his great talent. He didn't blow me away like he did on Live Show 1. It was an okay performance to me and I really really hope that Gary can work on choosing the right song for him for Gary has experience in this business.

On the high note, I was happy to see Sami, Misha, Janet and The Risk performances. The Risk did something new to Bruno Mars's Just The Way You Are song and all four of them sounded like they had been together for years. Gary Barlow even said that it was 'pure class'. Great chemistry. Sami sang I Will Always Love You, Misha sang Would I Lie To You and Janet gave justice to Elvis's Can't Help Falling In Love With You song.

X-Factor US

To be honest, I think the category that is gonna bring quite a competition is Over 30s and The Girls, if only Elaine Gibbs and Stacy Francis (Over 30s) and Melanie Amaro (The Girls) are through to Live Show. I tell you guys, these three super talented singers are gonna bring the show down with their performances. For The Boys category, I hope L.A. Reid can do something about them coz I don't see anyone who can beat this three women if people are gonna vote based on talent alone.

I have nothing to say for The Groups category coz it's still not clear which group got the potential to be the next big boyband and I feel like, Paula Abdul should be thinking about her plan to make sure that the girlband curse from the UK version of this show is not gonna come over here. Other than that, lets see who our judges choose to be competing in the Live Show. I can't wait to see the result.

:: X Factor - The updates ::

Assalamualaikum to all my readers.

The X Factor UK has finally started off its Live Show last week and 16 contestants had been chosen to perform on Live Show 1 before each person from each category is eliminated to make the final cut from 16 to 12. Last week performance was, to me, amazing and most of them look like they're ready to take this challenge on to the next level.

I was disappointed when my favorite boy band, The Keys didn't make it through but apparently Tulisa had made quite a big decision at the Judges' house to break the group apart and take the lead singer, Charlie, to be combined with 3 other contestants who auditioned in solo category but didn't manage to pass to the Judge's house. The newly created group is named as The Risk.

My favorite so far are Sami Brookes (Over 25s) , Misha B and Janet Devlin (the Girls), Craig Colton (the Boys) and The Risk (the Groups). All of them had made me proud to be their fan especially Craig because his rendition of Jar Of Hearts was so in-freakin-sanely uhh-mazing and he melted my heart by his singing. I'm not making a fuss or anything but check this out yourself if you think I'm just talking shit. Others performances was okay to me, especially Nu Vibe which also a last-minute formed group and I don't understand what is so fantastic about this group.

~ Click on this picture to watch his performance ~

If you're wondering which judges mentor which group, wonder no more coz I'm about to tell you guys. Gary Barlow got the Boys, Tulisa got the Groups, Kelly Rowland is ecstatic to get the Girls while Louis is mentoring the same category as the last series of X Factor, which is Over 25s.

X Factor US

Here is a lil update from The X Factor US. All of the judges has received their category to be mentored and below is the list.

  • Simon Cowell - The Girls
  • Paula Abdul - The Groups (Her look when she was giving this news is priceless. LOL)
  • Nicole Scherzinger - Over 30s
  • L.A. Reid - The Boys
The category that I'm looking forward to see are The Girls coz I think most of the contestants chosen to go to the Judges' house are so talented and Simon might have to decide carefully on who he is gonna choose as his final 3 contestant.

That's all for now peeps. Until then.

:: Best of both world ::

Assalamualaikum to all my readers.

Some of you may know that I'm a reality show freak especially those that involves singing. I watch a lot of reality television singing competition, from Akademi Fantasia to One In A Million and from American Idol to The X Factor. But right now, my focus is fix on these two famous reality TV shows which is basically has the same name but is happening at two different places. They are The X Factor UK and The X Factor USA.

To me, I love the concept of this show which involves teaching and mentoring these aspiring singers from the beginning of the show until the end. Unlike American Idol which the judges only give their critics after the contestant performed, the judges on The X Factor give critics and at the same time mentor the contestants. The auditionees need to walk through 3 stages before position themselves at the Live Shows stage. The stages are -  Judges' audition, Bootcamp and Judges' house.

As I speak, The X Factor UK and The X Factor US are now airing and kinda like battling to see which version brings out the best out of the best. The X Factor UK is currently on the judges' house stage now whereas The X Factor US is on the Bootcamp stage. I find both version have so many talented and amazing singers and it's kinda hard to see which version is the best. I think I'm gonna enjoy watching these two shows but I'm more eager to watch the US version as it's the first season in US and I wanna see how Americans react to this show.

More updates on this, keep reading this blog. :)

:: Putting my first footprint ::

Assalamualaikum to all my readers.

This weekend, we all are going to Pangkor Island to conduct an orientation course for the newcomers a.k.a. juniors SLASH freshmen. This outdoor event is organized by the student's association of my course, named MELTECH. If you don't know what MELTECH is, that means either you're new to this blog or you totally don't care about what I'd written here. Go check this out.

About 100 students are going to participate in this annual event and I'm excited because I've never been to Pangkor Island before and this time, I'm going there with my friends so, apart from being rejoiced by the activities that we are going to do there, I'm also feel extremely overwhelm to put my first footprint there. I've already made list of things that I need to bring. Haha. Can't wait.

About the event, it is named MELTECH Scene Investigation (MSI) Volume 2 and we feel like to keep that name as the official name for our orientation course since it's done annually. Usually the event takes place somewhere in Selangor or Kuala Lumpur but this year, we feel like doing something big, something different and memorable for those newcomers (and also for us, the organizer) so we chose Pangkor Island as the venue. Since this is the first time we're doing this outside of Selangor, our concern are totally on the security aspect and the welfare of all the students who join. We really hope that everything is going to go as planned and may Allah save us from any harm before, during and after the event. Finger crossed! :)

:: Batting Cages ::

Assalamualaikum to all my readers.

Howdy people! Today marks the first day or second day, I don't know, of Zulkaedah month. Meaning that Syawal has left us devastated. Why devastated? Because there'll be no more open houses, no more free food and most importantly, no more, ermm, free food. =.="

Last weekend, me and my friends got invited by my other friend to her open house, somewhere in Petaling Jaya. I don't really remember what the name of her housing area is but she lives at the apartment area near the, ermm, okay, I forgot again. But, that's not what I want to highlight in this entry. Read on to see what I did right after we left.

We went batting at Batting Cages, One Utama. It's like playing baseball, minus the wide field and there is a machine throwing balls in front of you. We were dilemma at first whether to watch movie or play at the Batting Cages we chose batting due to majority votes. And I have to say, this game really got me 'high'. When I was a kid, I used to play this kind of game with my friends but we were using any big, hard wooden stick as the bat but that was a long time ago so, getting this opportunity to play it again really brought memories.

My first game was a disaster. I kept mishitting the ball and to make it up for it, I bought another token and played the game for the second time. Still, disaster. But we had fun. Laughing at each other's mishit and cheering for every ball that we managed to hit. It was a lot of fun. You guys who never been to this place before, well I recommend you to come to this place and try it for yourself. This is also a good place to let out your rage as you can hit the ball as hard as you want. Other than that, enjoy these pictures! :)

:: The togetherness ::

Assalamualaikum to all my readers.

Happy Sunday guys!

Last night was a hell of a night. That is, my class had an open house and we decided to make a potluck open house. So the event took place at my house and we started setting up the place right after Asar because we need to get the barbecue place ready, so that people can start digging in before midnight.

There was a lot of food prepared by us and we ate like there is no tomorrow. Haha. Honestly, I like doing this kind of stuff, you know, make lots of food and have people come by because it's really lot of fun. Well, to show you how fun we were, these photos will prove it to you guys.
