Day Out - Paranormal (Part 2)

Salam to all my readers.

What happen to my blog?? All dusty and rusty. Sorry for the long hiatus guys. Does anyone miss me? Well, it would be like someone give me a briefcase contains 1000k if you guys miss me. Huhu. Ok, shall I continue with my Bukit Cerakah Part 2? Honestly I thought this story is molded and I don't really have the soul right now to update my blog so I'm gonna make this short and simple but lots and lots of pictures, hopefully.

After we're done with all the activities at Bukit Cerakah, it is time to say good bye. Before we left, we had this little discussion on what to do next. Some said let's go home but majority of us chose to catch a movie. So, we changed our sweaty outfits into something appropriate for the movie, started the engine and off we go to Sunway Piramid.

We watched Paranormal Activity 2 . Me and those who had watched Paranormal 1 last year were all excited since we know what to expect in this second installment. Definitely more scary stuffs. The beginning of the movie was nothing and my friends who didn't watch Paranormal 1 gave me a boring expression and went like what's with the movie, keep showing the same thing over and over again (They were referring to the pool and kitchen scenes). I just stay silent coz they hadn't watch anything yet.

~ one of the scene in Paranormal 2 ~

About half way through the movie and after all the scary incidents happen at the house, now they knew that this is a serious shit and I could hear them screaming at the suspense part. Paranormal 1 really scare the hell out of me and this second installment was well, scarier. I don't know about others but to me, this shit is damn scary, even scarier that Syamsul Yusof's Khurafat because we can't see the ghost or the demons and that what makes Paranormal 2 stand out. By the way, Paranormal 3 is scheduled to be out somewhere in October this year. Stay tune.

I'm gonna stop here coz I started to feel something weird in here. Huhu. Oh enjoy some pictures of us having a great time at Bukit Cerakah. Daaa!

:: diet dilemma ::

Salam to all my readers.

Before I can proceed with Day Out : Bukit Cerakah Part 2, I have something to share or maybe to ask you guys. Or maybe it's a confession or just me telling you what have been burden me. I don't think 'burden' is a suitable word to use but seem there's no other word I can think of right now, let just stick with 'burden'.

Okay, here we go. Up till today, its been 4 days since I eat rice. Do you know what that suppose to mean? Yeah, I'm on a diet program, monitored by me, myself and maybe my friends. Laugh it if you want, I'm used to it. Whenever I told my friend that I'm on diet, some of them laugh their asses of me. I'm not gonna complain about them, or what they did. I have tried to diet several times before but none of them work. This time, I'm ready to do it. I'm ready to face the temptation or anything that I need to face in order to have a well-sculptured body. LOL. I don't want a well-sculptured body. I just wanna be fit. I just don't want extra fat anywhere on my body.

Having said that, I do have several problems which I don't know how to crack it. Sometimes I'm clueless about what I should eat for lunch, what should I eat for dinner or should I eat this, should I eat that. These kind of problems are playing in my mind right now. I have googled the solutions and yes, there are solutions but I don't know if it can be applied here in Malaysia, or whether it suits Malaysian diet. We don't eat like what American or other countries do, and being a student really have the limitation. I don't have that much of money to spend on all the things I need for my diet. Yeah, maybe I can strain myself away from rice but I don't think I know what is the right meal to take for diet people.

~ Chicken and salad. Looks yummy don't they? ~

Other than that, being an indoor guy do challenge me in order to stick with this diet program. I don't usually go out and play sports but right now, I try to be more flexible and try to spend 10-15 minutes doing exercise which probably the hardest thing to do after organizing meals. My friends had bought two badminton rackets and I've been trying to play badminton every evening. I don't know how much of that could help me but at least I burn some calories. Oh yeah, I try to be more familiar with veggies too. Today I didn't take rice for lunch but instead I just ate the side dishes and definitely have veggies in it. I have switch from eating white bread to whole-meal bread, which double the taste as compare to the white bread. It's great.

~ Try to love veggies! ~

So guys, I really really hope that this time I can work this thing out. I have always been jealous looking at people who own a great body and for once, I wanna be proud and have high self-esteem whenever I'm around people. I wanna be in size M again. Huhu. Do pray for me people!

:: Day Out - Bukit Cerakah (Part 1) ::

Salam to all my readers.

Yesterday was another day filled with happiness, fun and a lil bit of sports as me and a bunch of vigorous teens ran and walked up the hill of Bukit Cerakah for some mind and soul therapy (read: picnic) and to enjoy breeze of fresh air. Our main plan was actually to ride the bike there but due to the overcrowded people swarming down the place, we were unable to do so but instead, all of us walked and even though we knew it's gonna be so tiring, we thought of our intention of coming here which was to burn some calories.

To be honest, I thought its better for us to walk rather than cycle because by walking, we can chit chat along the way without worrying about the road and the buses that going up and down the hill, taking down the public. And yes, we camwhore-ed a lot. We took pictures every five minutes of walking and at every single place. It was a nice time for us to release our tension over studies and other problems that been lingering in our mind, if they have one.

~ the only guys in the group ~

Ohh, I forgot to tell you, we went there with 2 cars consist of 10 people coming from 3 different houses. Each house need to bring dishes for breakfast and our house brought fried sausages and nuggets while the girls from the other house brought fried noodle, tuna sandwich and jemput-jemput. We thought we could eat all these for breakfast but our thoughts were wrong. It was too many foods there so we saved some for lunch. All I can say, it was the best breakfast time ever since I came here.

Do you guys know that there are 'Rumah Iklim' in the middle of Bukit Cerakah? Maybe those who live in Shah Alam or who have been here know but for those who doesn't, yes, they have it here. I don't know how to explain about this Rumah Iklim but basically it has four different weather plays at a different time. And yesterday was our lucky because it was winter so, we were actually experiencing how to be in London or Tokyo during winter time the moment we stepped our feet in there. So cold, like -3 degree Celsius or something. Our hands were freezing and we didn't plan for this so imagine being in there wearing only t-shirts and pants. It chills to the bone. Here are some pictures taking inside of the Rumah Iklim.

~ snowman ~

~ too bad you can see smoke coming out from our mouths ~

I have a lot to share with you guys but I don't think compress all the stories and make it into an entry is not wise coz it's gonna be like writing an essay so, stay tune for part two and more photos will be uploaded soon. Until then, have a great weekend and Happy Thaipussam for those who celebrate it.

:: khurafat vs. paranormal 2 ::

Salam to all my reader.

Yesterday was quite a fun day for me, my buddies and two sisters. It all happened without plan I even bought another shirt and it also happened, well, without plan.

So, our day started with a planned plan - attending our beloved lecturer's wedding which was held in Kajang. We drove there and it took us almost 2 hours drive from Puncak Alam to Kajang. That 2 hours include the where-is-the-right-way-to-Kajang game we played on the highway. In simple english, we lost. End of story! The wedding was in pink and purple theme which to me, one of the color I would love for my wedding in the future. Haha. Hey, we gotta plan our life, so this is part of my plan. It even got an ice-cream truck who give out ice cream for free. Yummy!

After taking pictures with the bride, which is our lecturer, we headed back home. On the way home, the thought of going to a mall and watch some movies popped up in my mind and after some deliberation, we have decided to go to The Curve and watch Khurafat, starring Syamsul Yusuf and on the rise actress, Liyana Jasmay. Well, the movies was quite slow at the beginning but it got scarier and scarier towards the middle part of the story. I give 3.5/5 stars to Khurafat because when I thought the storyline were good, Syamsul Yusuf acting however, a lil bit stiff I think. Liyana Jasmay on the other hand, superb like always.

I was thinking to watch Paranormal 2 since I took quite a time to get rid of the scenes from Paranormal 1 after watching it last year. It scares me to death man, I swear to God! I wasn't sure if I ready to go back and experience all the horror-ness again but I think I can handle it this time, hopefully. I have watched the trailer and omg, it really looks scary, maybe scarier than the first installment. Ermm, okay, I think I'm gonna drop this subject now! Huhu.

Hmm, what else that we do at The Curve? Let see, I bought a shirt accidentally because the color is grey and I have been wanting to buy a grey shirt before and it fits me just well. Not to big and not to small. Plus, it was on sale, so, I grabbed it as if I had RM1000 with me. Then we walked along the stalls around The Curve, my friends bought some stuffs and lastly, we went to Bangi Kopitiam for our late dinner. Yes, it was 11pm at we were having dinner with rice and curry and stuffs. This is fattening. I know. The food was good, delicious except for the a lil bit expensive price but it was my first time there so I guess it would be lame for me to pass it.

~ all of us ~

I think I'm gonna sign off now. Need to prepare for lunch. Until then guys, ciao!

:: a heartsick day out ::

Salam to all my readers.

Last night I accompanied my friends to Plaza Low Yat and while there, I took a chance to shop for cardigan at Sungai Wang Plaza and Times Square since both shopping complexes are situated next to each other. Last time I shop I bought checkered shirts and I was attracted to this new arrival Soda checkered shirt but sadly the price was soooo expensive, RM100++ and I don't think I could afford to lose RM100++ just for one branded checkered Soda shirt. Not when I don't have money right now. Hehehe.

Okay, back to the shopping spree part. I was searching for a reasonable and good-looking cardigan when I stumble upon this blazer-like cardigan from Radioactive. Again, it is great and cool but damn it, again it was RM100++. I could feel a different aura the moment I put on the cardigan but urghh, why they can't sell it for RM70 or cheaper, jeezz. I learned something yesterday, the cooler some things look, the more expensive they are. Fuck!

I was pretty frustrated coz my plan was to look for cardigan and anything that nice but it ended up I went home with nothing in hand. I had toured the whole shopping complex and had went to every single shop that sells men clothes and still I ended up with nothing. It's not that I was choosy but because of the size and the price. Everything that I found cute and nice, either they didn't have my size or the price was too expensive. My friend said that I am in a dangerous zone now, coz I can't find anything on my size and it looks like I'm getting bigger every single day. Gotta hit the gym soon!

Actually this is a delayed entry which I suppose to publish it last Sunday but I was so busy this week and now I got the time, so I'm gonna publish it now. I'm getting pausing every 5 minutes, I don't know why. Maybe I'm lacking of idea and sometimes I feel like blogging is overrated. I'm not gonna quit blogging but it makes me so stress to get a entry done. See, now I rambling and ranting here. I should stop now I think. Ciao guys!

:: GiveAway EdY : Awak busuk! ::

Salam to all my readers.

Thanks to both Nabila and Little Ain for their generous deed to share their chance of winning perfume miniature from blogger Edy. To be honest, this is the first time I come to his blog and all i could say is great! I mean he has such a great blog, nice entries and such a big number of follower. I wish I could be like him. For more info about the giveaway and the blog, just simply click at the banner above.

So, to win the prizes I stated above, all I have to do is doing an entry about the giveaway and I don't know where to begin. Should I write about the prizes or should I write about the blogger himself? Since I know nothing about him so I choose to blog about the prizes.

I never for once in my life used a branded perfume that price up to hundred and something. If I'm not mistaken, the most expensive perfume I ever used is Playboy that sold only at a price RM59.90. To some people, that could be the cheapest price they could afford but as for me, this the most expensive one. I do have list of perfume that I wanted to buy but like my mom said, 'Just buy the expensive one only when you get your own money'.

So, if this blogger choose me as one of the recipient of the prizes, i couldn't be happier, even though it just a miniature. At least I could experience how it is like to wear a branded and expensive perfume, and maybe people could notice it and think it's cool. Hehehe. Anyway, I wanna tag Azam and Rebelle because this is part of the rules to tag at least one male blogger and one female blogger. So, I've done my part now, it's up to blogger Edy to choose. :)

:: i'm a tourist and i ate nasi beriani ::

Salam to all my readers.

Last night, me and buddies went to Jusco Bukit Tinggi and we were all excited because we never been there before. We didn't have any plan to shop but we did eventually. Well, at least I did. Bough 2 checkered shirts and a external hardisk. I can be a lil bit carry away when I shop, especially when the sales are going on and when people around me shop too. It's a like a boost for me to shop more and more and more. It's so therapeutic.

We watched The Tourist, starred the hot mama Angelina Jolie and the hunky actor Johnny Depp and the movie was great, as expected when Ange is in it and fantastic. Both of the stars really gave out their best especially Ange, I mean she's American but she can portray her character as a British women so well, amazing how she worked the British accent, as if she really from UK. Love it. For those who haven't seen the movie, go see it. Worth your time and money.

On the way home, we were all hungry and we have decided to try something different so went to Nasi King Beriani, suggested by my friend. The restaurant is located at somewhere near Hospital Klang and Jusco Bukit Tinggi. Hahaha. Sorry I don't remember the exact name of the street there but it's not hard to find. If you can locate McDonald near the Hospital Klang, I'm pretty sure you're gonna find the restaurant coz it's situated not so far from McDonald. As stated on the signboard, the restaurant serves all kinds of nasi beriani and other fried dishes too. The price for me is a lil bit expensive for students but if you wanna try something new and different, go ahead. It's worth it.

I ordered Nasi Beriani Kambing with Sirap Limau. The lamb meat was tender and juicy while the nasi beriani was aromatic but the gravy was a lil bit sweet to me. Even though I'm a Kelantanese but my family didn't usually enjoy sweet food. It's okay to eat sweet food that is suppose to be sweet, but when something that is suppose to be sour or spicy and you make it sweet, that is a No No. Maybe other Kelantanese would eat this and go, 'Oh this is so tasty, perfect!'. However, if you order a set of this nasi beriani, you'll be repleted. They serve you with lot of rice that fill your stomach till tomorrow. LOL.

~ me waiting the order patiently ~

:: theme dinner ::

Salam to all my readers.

Now that I had time to finish my new year entry after all the hustle and finally completed the stuff that keep me busy. You know how I hated to pack and then unpack and pack again, urghh, maybe it looks therapeutic to somebody but definitely not me. Moving in into a new house require lot of hardwork and patience and trust me, you do not going through it all over again. It's torturing. Bought all the things like study table, wardrobe and bed and it costs more that i thought it would be. God, things now are so expensive.

As I'm writing this entry, we have safely approached January the 6th 2011. I don't have any specific new year resolution and I don't think I will be getting one since I don't really have a goal or anything to achieve but losing weight. Hahaha. Yeah, some people may look at me and say, 'You don't look fat, just chubby' but believe me when I say, I am sooo not comfortable living in this body right now. I think I deserve the better looking Judiene and so much effort need to be put to achieve the Judiene that I always wanted to be. MELTECH annual dinner is on April 2nd and I really really hope that I'm gonna be looking dashing and less weight that I am now. LOL.

Okay, ermm, that's not what I wanna talk about actually. To be honest, I don't really remember what's the core of this entry and I keep pausing every now and then, thinking what should i write. Ermm, oh yeah, I've been in a dilemma regarding the theme for the dinner and I have two themes with me that I am not sure which one is more suitable so, I think I'm gonna need ideas and opinions from all of you my rabid readers. Simple, just click on the comment link and write down all your thoughts. I really really need that right now.

The themes I would like to do is Hollywood Glam and Glam Bling-bling, which required students to wear something other than their usual baju kurung and baju melayu. They tend to wear these to any dinner they went and not even trying to wear something that go with the theme. I mean people invent for a reason - to have fun and playing dress up. It's a once-a-year event so why not spend some on the wardrobe. It doesn't have to be a RM100 dress for God sake, just something cool and different from what we used to wear. Seriously I really need them to stick with the theme and only wear baju kurung or baju melayu as their last resort.

~ I would love to wear one of these ~

Anyway, I got class tomorrow at 9.30am, Hematology class, which will be conducted by a new lecturer so hope she's gonna rock the class or I will be sleeping the entire time. Until then, ciao!
